Restaurant Partners
Each of the restaurants listed below has partnered with ¡Salud! by hosting a winemaker dinner that is auctioned at the event. These dinners take place the Thursday night prior to the following year’s ¡Salud! weekend, and are designed to provide an experience like no other!
The menu is specifically designed to pair each course with wines from the featured wineries, which will be pouring past vintages and special bottlings from their libraries.
The limited number of guests creates a unique atmosphere, and allows everyone to enjoy great conversation and make new friends with the vintners and restaurateurs.
