Wine Notes:

The grapes are selected from specific blocks in the Ayoub Estate vineyard, and the fermentation is done with 50% whole cluster and minimal intervention. The ¡Salud! Cuvée is a blend of the best barrels from the Ayoub Estate vineyard.

Aging:

The wine is aged for a year in 25% new and 75% older French oak barrels.

Services has partnered with @raices_de_bienestar to provide combination mobile wellness and mental health clinics! Thanks to an award grant making this collaboration possible, access to mental health care and wellness services can be accessed by those who need it most.

- One-on-one appointments with bilingual, bicultural providers
- No-cost mental health services
- Telehealth options for up to five additional appointments

- WELLNESS CLINICS: 83 clinic days provided to vineyards stewards!
- COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Covered 6,763 miles for wellness clinics!
- AFFORDABLE CARE: $91,015 in Grants for Care on behalf of clients!
- CONNECTION & SUPPORT: Involved in 6,300 patient interactions which included direct care, medical interpretation, connection to primary care or financial assistance
