The Brittan Vineyards 2022 ¡Salud! Cuvée is a unique blend selected from the best fruit from the Basalt, Cygnus, Gestalt and Heritage Blocks of Pinot noir, grown on the estate vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. This is a balanced wine with an opulent fruit component, supported by firm tannins and savory undertones, and ending with an extremely long, elegant finish. This is a wine that will age gracefully for 15 years, if not more.
Aging:
The grapes for this ¡Salud! Cuvée were fermented in a custom oak puncheon (400L), and then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
