This 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée celebrates our two Chehalem Mountains AVA sites: Jory soil Clay Court Vineyard contributes bright red fruit and spice while our Laurelwood soil site Five Mountain Vineyard contributes blue fruit and earthy aromatics. Because of the beauty of the Chehalem Mountains, these vineyards are also home to Elk Cove founders Pat and Joe Campbell who live at Clay Court and their son Owner/Winemaker Adam Campbell who lives at Five Mountain with his family.
