Fruit sourced exclusively from our estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills. This ¡Salud! Cuvée is a blend of some of our favorite blocks of 777 and 115 , destemmed and fermented in small lots. The wine is lightly pressed before transfer to French oak barrels and unfined and unfiltered prior to bottling to preserve the special qualities that is Nysa Vineyard.
Aging:
19 months in 25% new French oak barrels
