Our 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée will be the 2024 Adelsheim Laurel Leaf Vineyard Pinot Noir. It will be sourced from our wind blown loess soil in the Laurelwood District AVA at about 800’ elevation and is clone Dijon 777 and 667 from blocks 1 and 4 at this vineyard.
Aging:
This cuvée will be “over vintaged” and in French oak for around 14 months.
