This ¡Salud! Cuvée captures our favorite barrels of whole-cluster fermentation experiments from the Alexana Estate Vineyard. A site of unparalleled diversity featuring 18 soil types and 11 clones of Pinot noir, our Estate reveals a broad mosaic of Pinot Noir profiles that we explore each year through different fermentation techniques to better enhance the expression of the different soil and clone combinations. The 100% whole-cluster fermentation of this wine brought an elegance, taut structure, and balanced expression of fruit and spice notes that is completely captivating.
