Bidding opens Thursday, November 13 at 9 am
All bidders will receive a welcome text/email on Thursday, November 13 around 9 am PT
- Click the link in your welcome text to log in to the Big Board Auction
- Enter your mobile phone number
- You’ll receive a verification code via text, enter the code to access your bidding account

Please note, if you request a bidding account during the auction it may take up to an hour to activate your account. Once you receive a welcome text, your account is live.

Don’t have a ticket to the events? Request an online bidder account and receive a bidder number for both the ¡Salud! Cuvée Big Board Auction and the Silent Auction.
Already have a ticket? Your ticket includes an online bidding account, created for you with your mobile phone or email. If you did not receive a text and email on November 13, we may not have your contact info. Let us know.
THE WINES
- Wines are sold by the single 12-bottle case
- Each winery is offering four 12-bottle cases of 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir
- Wines are sold as future release, see each wine description for estimated release dates
The Bidding – WHEN
- Bidding opens Thursday, November 13 at 9 am PT
- Wines are separated into 2 lots with different closing times
- Lot 1 closes at 6:00 pm PT on Friday, November 14
- Lot 2 closes at 6:30 pm PT on Friday, November 14
The Bidding – HOW
- Opening bids begin at $800 per single 12-bottle case, minimum increase is $50
- When the bidding closes, the four high bidders listed on each tile will win a 12-bottle case
- Four cases available from each winery, four winning bidders for each winery
- You can purchase a single case for $3,200 at anytime before the bidding closes, doing so removes one case from the bidding
aren’t an event attendee? Become an Online Bidder
- For those with an online bidder account, you’ll receive a welcome text message and email on Thursday, November 10 when bidding opens with your bidder number and the link to log in
- Log in to bid in the Big Board Auction using your mobile number, check your text message for your verification code and then proceed to your bidding account
- If you request a bidding account after November 10, please note, it may take up to an hour to create your bidder account
- If you are attempting to log in with your mobile number and get a message saying your number is not in the system but have requested a bidder account, your account may not be live or we may have the wrong phone number on file. Call us to verify your mobile number or for support.
