For our 2023 ¡Salud! Cuvée, we selected grapes from the site around our winery, the Iron Filbert Vineyard. Located in the heart of the Dundee Hills, 15 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were planted by our founders in 2013. The land is rich with gentle sloping Jory soils and southern sun exposure. Since their planting, the vines have been farmed organically and without irrigation. Our estate is steps from the vineyard, allowing us to be stewards of the land through each growing season.
Aging:
The cuvée will be aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, aged primarily in Taransaud and Francois Frères barrels. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, showcasing the purity of fruit and terroir of the Dundee Hills.
