Our 2023 ¡Salud! Cuvée is sourced from the Kalita Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton District. Founded by Arthur and Sherry Kalita and now owned by Sokol Blosser Winery, this place is located up 10 minutes of gravel roads that wind up to an amphitheater shaped vineyard that feels like it’s giving you a hug when you are standing in it. With the property nearing 25 years, we are so excited to share this cuvée as our love letter to marine sedimentary soils.
Aging:
Aged in new French oak for 10 months, which let us showcase the purity of fruit and terroir of this site in the most authentic way.
