Your first evening, dive into the enchanting world of Ponzi Vineyards, a true pioneer in the Willamette Valley. Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by Luisa Ponzi, the director of winemaking and viticulture at Ponzi Vineyards, and Jean-Baptiste Rivail, the CEO/EVP of Groupe Bollinger US, who will expertly guide you through a tasting journey featuring Groupe Bollinger’s exceptional traditional method sparkling wines. This sparkling lineup includes Langlois-Chateau Crémant de Loire, Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur, Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvée and Ponzi Vineyards Blanc de Blancs. Following this delightful tasting, savor a sumptuous four-course plated dinner meticulously crafted by the in-house culinary team, showcasing the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Each course will be perfectly matched with Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from Ponzi Vineyards and Domaine Chanson to complete your French Connection experience.

The following evening, at Résonance, you’ll immerse yourself in the winery’s essence with a delightful dinner on the patio, surrounded by Pinot Noir vines. Winemaker Guillaume Large will accompany you, presenting wines sourced from both the Résonance cellar and the cave of Maison Louis Jadot. These wines will be thoughtfully paired with a locally inspired, seasonally inspired wine country dinner, creating a harmonious culinary and oenological experience.
