Prepare for an unforgettable alpine adventure with a day of skiing at Timberline on Mt. Hood, hosted by Beaux Frères and Ponzi Vineyards. This exclusive experience for eight guests offers the rare chance to hit the slopes with JB Rivail, CEO of Ponzi Vineyards and executive vice president of Groupe Bollinger USA, and Mike D. Etzel, president of Beaux Frères Vineyards & Winery. Both are experts in fine wine and avid skiers, making this a unique opportunity to blend passion for the slopes with Oregon’s world-class winemaking.
 
After skiing, sit for lunch at the historic Silcox Hut, perched 7,000 feet above Timberline Lodge and accessible only by snowcat. Surrounded by stunning views of Mount Hood’s snow-covered peaks, you’ll enjoy an intimate meal in this breathtaking alpine setting. To cap off the day, you’ll secure an extremely rare bottle of 1990 Beaux Frères, a vintage never released to the public, along with one bottle each from 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and six rare wines from Ponzi Vineyards. This one-of-a-kind experience perfectly blends Oregon’s natural beauty and exceptional wines.
