Every vintage our ¡Salud! Cuvée has come from a vineyard or vineyards that had some significant meaning to us based on what happened during the year. In 2023 we re-named one of the best blocks in our Estate Vineyard to Patty’s Block and are creating an inaugural bottling that will be made of grapes sourced solely from there and monikered as such. The Patricia Green Cellars 2023 ¡Salud! Cuvée is made from a unique selection of barrels from Patty’s Block making it a distinct bottling that pays homage to Patty Green and ¡Salud!.
