What is the Pinot Party?
The Pinot Party is an exclusive walk-around tasting featuring 33 handcrafted ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noirs poured by the winemakers who created them. Enjoy chef-curated food stations, meet the makers, and bid on rare wines available only through ¡Salud!.

What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes wine tastings from 33 participating wineries, chef-created food pairings, passed hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic options, access to the Big Board Auction, and an opportunity to meet the winemakers behind the wines.
What should I wear?
Wine country cocktail attire is encouraged. The event is held indoors, though comfortable footwear is recommended for a walk-around tasting experience. Complimentary coat check is available.
Do I need to bring a ticket?
No paper tickets are required. Simply check in using your name, or the name of the person who purchased your tickets.
If you are attending as part of a sponsorship, please ask your host to provide your name, email address, and mobile phone number in advance of the event. This allows us to create your bidding account before the event and helps make check-in quick and easy for everyone.
DO I NEED TO BRING A CREDIT CARD?
Your payment info will be collected at check-in for any winning bids, wine wall bottles, raffle tickets or generous donations.
Save time when you arrive by pre-registering your payment info now. Your info will be securely stored and no charges will be posted until the week after the auction.

Do I need to register to bid?
No. All Pinot Party attendees will automatically receive a bidding account for both the Big Board Auction and Silent Auction. Watch for a text message and email on November 11 with your bidding access before the event.

What is the Big Board Auction?
The Big Board Auction features future-release ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noirs made exclusively for ¡Salud!. Only four cases of each wine are available, making these some of the rarest Pinot Noirs produced in Oregon.
The Big Board Auction is unlike a traditional wine auction.
Only four cases are available from each winery, sold in one-case lots.

HOW DOES THE BIG BOARD AUCTION WORK?
- Taste the wines.
- Identify your favorites.
- Place your bids on your phone or via a bidding station.
- Stay in the top four positions to win.
- The top four bidders for each winery at closing will each win one 12-bottle case.
If another bidder bumps you off the board, simply bid again to move back into a winning position.
Bidding starts at $800 per case and increases in $50 increments.
Want to guarantee your case? Buy-It-Now pricing is available for $3,200 per case while inventory remains.
Bidding in the Big Board Auction closes in two sections on Friday, November 13 at 6 and 6:30 pm PT.

CAN I BID IN THE SILENT AUCTION TOO?
As a guest of The Pinot Party, you’ll also have access to the ¡Salud! Silent Auction featuring wine collections, exclusive experiences, luxury getaways, and more.
Bidding opens prior to the event and remains open through Saturday, November 14 at 8:00 PM PT.
All registered guests will receive bidding access information via text message and email on Wednesday, November 11.

Is there a raffle?
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at The Pinot Party (or buy now before they sell out!). With only 99 tickets available at $100 each, you’ll have the chance to win a luxury getaway package valued at $5,500, including a three-night stay at CASCADA Thermal Springs + Hotel for two, unlimited thermal springs access, and two Alaska Airlines/Hawaiian Airlines round-trip tickets.
The drawing will take place on Saturday, November 14 at 7:00 PM during The Gala at The Allison Inn & Spa.
You do not need to be present to win.

- Big Board Auction Lot 1 Closes Friday, November 13 at 6:00 PM PT
- Big Board Auction Lot 2 Closes Friday, November 13 at 6:30 PM PT
- Silent Auction Closes Saturday, November 14 at 8 pm PT
We encourage guests to keep an eye on their bidding status throughout the event.
can i bid if i’m not attending?
Yes. The Big Board Auction and Silent Auction are available for online bidding, allowing supporters to participate from anywhere.
is there a wine wall?
Yes, a really great one.
For $50, you’ll select one bottle from a collection of 100 Willamette Valley wines.
Every bottle is worth taking home, and a few lucky guests will uncover truly extraordinary selections.
HOW SHOULD I GET THERE and WHERE DO I PARK?
Shuttle Service
We encourage guests to reserve seats on the shuttle departing from The Allison Inn & Spa or utilize a rideshare service so they can fully enjoy the afternoon.
Complimentary valet parking will be available for all guests.
WILL DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, guests who requested dietary accommodations in advance be thoughtfully prepared and served accordingly.

what payment types do you accept?
We are pleased to accept credit cards, checks payable to Hillsboro Medical Center Foundation, and cash.
DONOR-ADVISED FUNDS (DAFs)
We are grateful for the many donors who support ¡Salud! through Donor-Advised Funds.
Under IRS regulations, DAF grants may only be used for fully charitable contributions and cannot be applied toward event tickets, sponsorship benefits, auction purchases, Mystery Wine Wall purchases, or any other transaction where goods or services are received, including the tax-deductible portion of those payments.
For any purchase associated with event participation, please use a credit card, check, or cash. If you have questions about making a charitable gift through a DAF, we’re happy to help.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WINE?
Big Board Auction wines are offered on a future-release basis, see each wine description for estimated release timing. Participating wineries will contact winning bidders when the wines are available and will coordinate shipping or winery pick-up at that time.
Mystery Wine Wall bottles should be taken home at the conclusion of the event.
