Vintage 2021, it is all of that and more. Record setting heat in June and July gave way to a moderate fall that allowed for extended hang time. While not an abundant crop, vintage 2021 shows it has what it takes to go the distance, if you have the willpower to let it.
AGING:
Amalie Robert Estate is 100% estate sourced fruit. We grow, ferment, blend and bottle all of our own wines. All of our Pinot Noirs spend at least 12 months in barrel and the reserve wines age a minimum of 18 months. The Pinot Noirs are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
