The 2025 vintage of Ambar Estate’s exclusive ¡Salud! Cuvee is an exceptional Pinot Noir from our Pommard block which showcases the distinct character the Dundee Hills and of our Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard. In 2025 we had an early growing season, warm late-summer temperatures, and a dry ripening period which produced fruit with vivid red berry aromatics, layered concentration, and remarkable balance. This wine reflects our enduring commitment to the land, to those who steward it, and to the people who will enjoy our wines for years to come.
