Hand-picked grapes from our historic Arcus Estate in the Dundee Hills were fermented with 15% whole clusters in oak and concrete fermenters. The wine was then aged in French oak barrels, 25% new, for 18 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. This Pinot Noir showcases a harmonious blend of red fruit, earthy undertones and subtle spice, with the whole cluster fermentation adding depth and structure.
