Wine Notes:
Our ¡Salud! Cuvee was hand selected from select barrels of our “Joie” blocks, which are always a stand out and a wonderful expression of the basalt volcanic soils, and unique micro climate of our estate vineyard, in this amazing 2023 vintage. We use a gentle approach all around, from hand sorting, gently de-stemmed, to the natural primary and secondary fermentations, long elevage, and finally will be bottled unfiltered and unfined. The resulting wine is fruit forward and balanced, yet elegant and long, with wonderful textures and a finish that promises to age gracefully. Enjoy!!

In barrels for 18 months with 30% new French oak
