Aubaine Wine

Our 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée comes from a handful of barrels that refused to be ignored, sourced from our acclaimed “Joie” Blocks in the Eola-Amity Hills, where basaltic volcanic soils and persistent winds shape wines of tension, energy, and purity. Every cluster was hand-sorted, gently destemmed, and guided through native fermentations before a patient élevage in barrel and bottling without fining or filtration. The result is a vivid expression of place, balancing vibrant fruit, layered texture, and remarkable length with the elegance and structure of the 2025 vintage—a wine that is compelling today and promises even more with time. ¡Salud!
