Wine Notes:

The grapes are selected from specific blocks in the Ayoub Estate vineyard, and the fermentation is done with 50% whole cluster and minimal intervention. The ¡Salud! Cuvée is a blend of the best barrels from the Ayoub Estate vineyard.

Aging:

The wine is aged for a year in 25% new and 75% older French oak barrels.
