The 2025 Bergström Wines ¡Salud! Cuvée represents a blend the finest lots from our estate grown Pinot Noir. Farmed using biodynamic and regenerative organic practices, our vineyards produce wines reflecting healthy soil and ecosystems; wines of succulence and complexity, with bright energy and balance.
Aging:
This wine was crafted with nearly 100% whole cluster fermentation followed by careful attention in the cellar, resting in French Oak barrels for 10 months prior to bottling.
