For our 2023 ¡Salud! Cuvée, we worked with older, own-rooted vines that have evolved and settled into the sophisticated Pinot Noir that comes with vine age. As a winemaking team, we walk alongside the Pinot Noirs from Corral Creek Vineyard to listen, watch, and learn. They tell us their secrets, their stories, and where they want to go.

Picture yourself standing on a southwest-facing hillside overlooking the Willamette Valley all the way to the coast range. With a few of your closest friends, you meticulously plant each vine on this hillside, lost in the dream of what the future holds for this plot of land. This is where our 2023 ¡Salud! Pinot Noir begins, with profound intention and whimsical hopes for the future. This Cuvée is a tribute to what was here long before we were and a stunning testament to how hard work can shape the future. This wine is aromatically nuanced with bright cranberry and delicate floral notes that lead to a soft, long texture on the palate, highlighting a juicy, quenching vibrancy on the finish. The 2023 vintage perfectly captures the essence of this exceptional vineyard.
