Every year, I look forward to selecting our ¡Salud! Cuvée, which must be unique, expressive and complete. The 2023 vintage kept us on our toes with an unusually late budbreak followed by a heat surge which compressed the period from budbreak to bloom to less than 45 days (a record!) Our vineyards adapted well and imparted a lovely ripeness, true depth of flavor and the kind of balance that bodes well for the future of this cuvée. ¡Salud! – Véronique Boss-Drouhin
