Each year, I take great care in selecting our ¡Salud! Cuvée—always looking for something that feels complete, with character, depth, and a touch of surprise. The 2024 vintage was a gift: a long, even growing season allowed the fruit to ripen slowly and beautifully, developing a lovely natural balance.
