Our 2022 ¡Salud! Cuvée is sourced from our first estate planting, the Iron Filbert Vineyard. 15 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were planted by our founders in the heart of the Dundee Hills in 2013. The land is rich with gentle sloping Jory soils and southern sun. Now nearing 11 years old, the vines have been dry farmed and organically cultivated since their inception. Our winery is steps from the vineyard, allowing us to be stewards of the land through each season.
Aging:
The cuvée will be aged for 11 months in neutral French oak barrels which allow us to express the purity of fruit and terroir of our site in the truest form.
