The growing season in 2025 was warm and relatively stress-free, producing fruit with lovely intensity and depth. The 2025 ¡Salud! Reserve Cuvée is a 100% clonal blend of our most coveted Pinot Noir barrels benefiting from a mix of volcanic and sedimentary soils. The complementary soils work to enhance complex layering and depth while delivering beautiful aromatics and an exceptional richness in the mouth.
