The 2025 Dusky Goose ¡Salud! Cuvée brings together fruit from our three estate-farmed Dundee Hills vineyards: Rambouillet, Lillie’s, and Weber. Each site contributes its own character through clonal selection, soil, and aspect, and the quality of the fruit reflects the dedication and skill of the team farming these vineyards by hand. In the cellar, they come together in a layered, expressive blend that is robustly fruited, subtly spiced, satin-textured, and unmistakably Dusky Goose.
