The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene – Dayton
Taste through the very best barrels of the 2024 vintage, poured by premier Willamette Valley winemakers. Each Vintners Circle member creates a one-of-a-kind ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir for the Big Board Auction. The 12-bottle case is sold as future-release wine, four cases are available from each Vintners Circle winery. The sarting bid is $800 per case with a buyout price of $3200 per case.

An elegant evening at The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg featuring premiere wineries pouring their best wines while bidding on rare and curated silent auction items before sitting down for an exquisite multi-course dinner. The wine flows freely, and so do the bids in this fast-paced live auction with travel, experiences and wine collections you won’t find anywhere else.

Event Timeline

April

  • DUE APRIL 30: Submit contact form by April 30 and ensure details about your participation in ¡Salud! are reaching the right people on your team.

  • Attend the winery kick-off on Wednesday, April 30 at Domaine Willamette. Learn about what’s new, hear why ¡Salud! continues to be vital to our community and gather some tips for your participation in the Vintners Circle.

JULY

  • Review your ¡Salud! Cuvée description for any updates especially if the information provided for the e-auction was before blending took place.
    • Information needed will be Vineyard(s), Wine Notes (a few sentences describing cuvée) Aging and Release Date
  • Begin putting together details for your auction package that will be due August 1.
    • Please reach out before August 1 if you’d like to discuss your auction ideas with us. Silent auction packages are targeted to sell for $1,000 or above and live auction packages are targeted to sell for $5,000 or above.

August

  • DUE AUGUST 1: Make any updates to your Cuvée description or release date.
    • Vineyard(s):
    • Winemaker notes (3 sentences max):
    • Aging:
    • Anticipated shipping month/year:
  • DUE AUGUST 1: Submit your auction package details along with details for one (1) large format bottle (1.5L or larger) of finished Pinot Noir, which will be part of a highlighted Vintners Circle lot in the Live Auction. Click here for donation form.
    • Silent auction packages are targeted to sell for $1,000 or above but if you would prefer to create a live auction package, targeted to sell for $5,000 or above, please reach out before August 1 to discuss ideas with us.
  • DUE AUGUST 15: Submit your 10-20 second Vintners Circle Spotlight video highlighting your involvement with ¡Salud! To submit video – Click HeRE

September

  • Please plan at least one social post or email during the month of September
    • Suggested social posting window is September 22-28 with a post/email promoting your involvement and that tickets are available for purchase

October

  • Please plan at posts in your social content calendar if you haven’t done so already
    • Suggested social posting window is October 20-26 highlighting how your involvement supports the ¡Salud! mission
  • DUE October 15: submit the names of your two winery representatives for each event along with their email address, dietary restrictions and cell phone number (so they can track the bidding from their phones)
    • It’s requested that a owner, principal or winemaker use at least one ticket for each event

November

  • Please plan at posts in your social content calendar if you haven’t done so already
    • Suggested social posting window is November 10-15 promoting your cuvée/auction package and that bidding is available online
  • November 10 & 11: Drop-off labeled wines at Stoller Family Estate Warehouse
    • 12 bottles of your 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée barrel samples to be poured by you at the Pinot Party on Friday (can be shiners)
    • Four (4) bottles (any vintage/varietal) to be poured by you at the tasting reception for the Gala
    • Eight (8) bottles (six red and two white) of finished wine to be poured during dinner at the Gala
    • One (1) large format bottle (1.5L or larger) of finished Pinot Noir
  • NOVEMBER 14: Pinot Party
    • The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene, casual attire
    • Winemakers arrive at 3pm and pour from 4-6:30pm (bring a wine key or decanter if needed)
  • November 15: Gala
    • The Allison Inn, Newberg, black-tie optional
    • Winemakers arrive at 4pm and pour during the tasting reception from 5-6:30pm, then sit for dinner and live auction
  • Due November 30: Follow up with all your buyers (cuvée buyers and auction package buyers) to thank them, remind them of the wine release date and arrange shipping or pick-up of wines
    • ¡Salud! team will provide the buyer contact information

SEPTEMBER
