Hamacher Wines

The 2024 Hamacher ¡Salud! Cuvée comes entirely from our Paloma Estate Vineyard, high up in the Laurelwood District of the Chehalem Mountains, comprised of over two dozen clones of Pinot Noir. This vineyard produces wines of unmatched complexity, intensity and balance. A near-perfect vintage, and 80% whole cluster press results in a wine with desired silkiness, and ripe tannins. Aromas of concentrated ripe raspberries, bright floral tones, as well as close, coca and baking spices. The palate is juicy with balanced acidity with red fruit tones of cranberry and ripe cherry, as well as earthy hints of black tea and dark chocolate. The 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir is drinking deliciously now but is built perfectly to age.
