Fruit sourced exclusively from our estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills, this ¡Salud! Cuvée is crafted from a selection of some of our favorite barrels of 777 clone Pinot Noir. The fruit was destemmed and fermented in small lots, then lightly pressed before aging in French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine preserves the distinctive character and special qualities of Nysa Vineyard.
