Each year one lone barrel born of a singular clone of Pinot Noir bursts forth and astounds us. This fall we will select a single barrel from one of the eight blocks of our Open Claim Estate Vineyard and bottle a mere five cases for our inaugural 2023 ¡Salud! Cuvée. Our most exclusive and limited bottling to date, we hope you find it as worthy of this special cause as we do.
