Each year one lone barrel born of a singular clone of Pinot Noir bursts forth and astounds us. This fall we will select a single barrel from one of the eight blocks of Open Claim Vineyard and bottle a mere five cases for our 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée. Our most exclusive and limited bottling, we hope you find it as worthy of this special cause as we do.
