This year’s ¡Salud! Cuvée comes from three blocks at the Grand Oak Vineyard planted in 2001, and is comprised of Pommard, 115, and 777 clones of Pinot Noir. This combination of clones, along with ideal Fall weather and extended hang time, resulted in a cuvée with concentrated red fruits of cherry and currant along with concentrated, fine grained tannins. This is a classic representation of older vine Pinot Noir from the Laurelwood District in the Chehalem Mountains AVA.
