Soter Vineyards

Drawn from the highest elevation blocks of Mineral Springs Ranch, our 250-acre Biodynamic home in the Yamhill-Carlton hills. The 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée is the most considered Pinot Noir we make in any given year. It begins as a slow read of the cellar, lot by lot, until the wines holding the truest sense of place rise on their own. Heirloom Pinot Noir selections sit at the center, giving the wine its poise and the kind of quiet structure that only patient farming and old marine soils can teach.

The wine opens with restraint, then rewards attention. Wild cherry first. Rose petal close behind. A thread of savory spice runs through it all, carried on a frame that is light-footed and unhurried. There is real pleasure in the glass tonight, but this wine is built for the long view, with the bones to evolve for two decades and the patience to keep rewarding the curious well into the next. Made in honor of ¡Salud!, and of the hands that tend every vine.
