The St. Innocent Winery 2022 vintage ¡Salud! Cuvée is a unique cuvée that represents the best wine made in 2022. Our goal is to produce a wine that is complex, age-worthy and balanced for the table. Planted on very old sedimentary soils, the wines have a base note of minerality. The ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot noir comes from single fermenter of Pommard and 777 clones.

Aging:

Bottled in March 2024 and aged for an additional six months

Release Date:

November 2024
