Summertime ¡Salud! E-Auction
July 15 – 17
An online-only auction featuring a 12-bottle case of the 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir from each member of the Vintners Circle. Plus, a silent auction with library wines, special wine country and overnight experiences.

The Pinot Party & Gala
November 14 & 15
The Pinot Party is a walk-around tasting event while bidding on cases of ¡Salud! Cuvée. The gala includes a tasting reception, multi-course dinner, live & silent auctions and a special appeal directly to the program.

World-class 2020 Pinot Noir Cuvées created exclusively for ¡Salud! bidders to support our fundraising efforts.

Vintner Circle member wineries dusted off incredible selections of Pinot Noir from their cellars, including back-vintage ¡Salud! Pinot Noir Cuvées and mixed cases.

Attend the winery kick-off on Wednesday, April 30 at Domaine Willamette. Learn about what’s new, hear why ¡Salud! continues to be vital to our community and gather some tips for your participation in the Vintners Circle.

Begin thinking about your ¡Salud! Cuvée description that will be used on the bidding page. Information needed will be Vineyard(s), Wine Notes (a few sentenc:es describing cuvée) Aging and Release Date

DUE AUGUST 1: Submit your auction package details along with details for one (1) large format bottle (1.5L or larger) of finished Pinot Noir, which will be part of a highlighted Vintners Circle lot in the Live Auction. Click here for donation form.

Silent auction packages are targeted to sell for $1,000 or above but if you would prefer to create a live auction package, targeted to sell for $5,000 or above, please reach out before August 1 to discuss ideas with us.

November 10 & 11: Drop-off labeled wines at Stoller Family Estate Warehouse

12 bottles of your 2024 ¡Salud! Cuvée barrel samples to be poured by you at the Pinot Party on Friday (can be shiners)

Four (4) bottles (any vintage/varietal) to be poured by you at the tasting reception for the Gala

Eight (8) bottles (six red and two white) of finished wine to be poured during dinner at the Gala

One (1) large format bottle (1.5L or larger) of finished Pinot Noir

NOVEMBER 14: Pinot Party

The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene, casual attire

Winemakers arrive at 3pm and pour from 4-6:30pm (bring a wine key or decanter if needed)

November 15: Gala

The Allison Inn, Newberg, black-tie optional

Winemakers arrive at 4pm and pour during the tasting reception from 5-6:30pm, then sit for dinner and live auction

Due November 30: Follow up with all your buyers (cuvée buyers and auction package buyers) to thank them, remind them of the wine release date and arrange shipping or pick-up of wines

Featuring the Vintners Circle
A premiere group of invited Willamette Valley wineries who select and offer the very best Pinot Noir in honor of vineyard stewards and their vital contribution to the wine industry. Each winery produces five 12-bottle cases of unique ¡Salud! Cuvée, the very best of the vintage and available only through ¡Salud!. One case of these exceptional wines are available for pre-release as part of the Summertime ¡Salud! E-Auction.
