Once again, we source our most precious ¡Salud! Cuvée from our most precious vines, 48-year-old own rooted Pommard from the oldest block on our certified Biodynamic® vineyard. From there, we choose our favorite barrels and blend to craft what we believe is the best that our vineyard has to produce each vintage.

Aging:

10 months in French oak barrels, with a modest percentage of new barrels
